Shopping Guide

1. To purchase our products, please follow the specific ordering procedures outlined on this website.
2. Please note that color variance and fabric luster may occur due to differing monitor and screen settings. If you have strict requirements for color and sheen, please consider carefully before placing an order.
3. Due to differences in individual measuring methods, placement, and fabric elasticity, a variance of ±2cm in flat-laid measurements is considered standard and reasonable.
4. To protect your shopping rights, please carefully review the product descriptions and size charts before finalizing your purchase.

Standard Orders

• Standard order processing time is 5–7 business days, excluding public holidays. During periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required. We appreciate your patience.
• Delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Dispatch and delivery may be delayed on weekends and public holidays. Delivery may also be affected by weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
• In cases where fabric is insufficient or fabric dyeing is required, slight variations in specifications, craftsmanship, sizing, and color may occur.
• Each item is carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. To protect the rights of both parties, please ensure that you record the entire unboxing process upon receiving your order.

Pre-orders

• Items will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch date indicated on the product page.
• Payment for pre-orders is accepted by credit card only.
• As there is a lead time between order placement and shipment, payment will be processed immediately upon completion of your order.
• Due to production circumstances, the estimated dispatch date is subject to change without prior notice. Delivery may also be affected by weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
• If production is completed ahead of schedule, items will be shipped as soon as they are received.
• •In cases where fabric is insufficient or fabric dyeing is required, slight variations in specifications, craftsmanship, sizing, and color may occur.
• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.

• Overseas customer:Order amounts are calculated based on the current exchange rate and will be charged in New Taiwan Dollar (TWD).

Once your order arrives in the recipient's country, a notification will be sent to the recipient via email. Please check your email regularly. We are not responsible for any fines or damage to the package resulting from failure to collect it within the designated timeframe.
